We deploy our platforms using modern CI/CD practices and infrastructure automation, and we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help us scale reliably, improve our deployment pipelines, and strengthen our operational excellence as we expand into new markets.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and advance our infrastructure, deployment, and operational practices. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure. You will also drive improvements in automation, monitoring, incident response, and overall system reliability.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and a proven track record of delivering production-grade systems in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full time, on-site position based in Colombo 5.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for our billing and content platforms.
Own and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and rollback.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability across environments.
Ensure security best practices, compliance, and access control across infrastructure.
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.
Optimize performance, cost, reliability, scalability, and availability of cloud resources.
Define and enforce deployment standards, environment management, and release processes.
