Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Partnerships Executive to support our expansion into new markets and help grow our existing digital services. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and gain exposure to partnerships, product development, and revenue growth.
You will assist in identifying new business opportunities, supporting partner onboarding, and tracking the performance of live services. Over time, you will be expected to independently manage initiatives and contribute to larger strategic efforts.
This is a full time, on-site position based in Colombo 5.
Key Responsibilities
Support the identification and outreach to potential partners such as mobile operators and aggregators.
Assist in coordinating new integrations and launches, working with internal tech, product, and marketing teams.
Help monitor live services, tracking key metrics such as revenue, subscriptions, and campaign performance.
Work with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and optimize performance.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
Help ensure services meet operator requirements and comply with local telecom regulations.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion.
Requirements
Around 1 year of experience in business development, marketing, product, analytics, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in business development, marketing or a related field.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
